This has become an annual ritual for me.
I have a daily discipline that includes listenting to the Daily Audio Bible podcast (highly recommended), and for the psat few years I have been micro-journaling each day, usually just a few words that stood out to me from the reading (or words that the reading evoked in me). At the end of the year, I pump the journal into a word-cloud maker (wordart.com) to show visually by size which words appeared most.
In 2022 I found myself logging mostly verbs, although I wasn't completely strict about it, so a few non-verbs are there too. The result is this compelling image, calling me to action in the coming new year.
