At 3 months old, Davis had gained 5 inches in height and 5 pounds in
weight since his birth. He was becoming more articulate with his baby
talk and had started discovering his fingers. He was also beginning to
grasp toys and put them in his mouth.

| On March 8, 1998, we brought Davis before our church to be dedicated. Pastor Jim Lyon said some nice things about us, then asked us to re-affirm and re-commit our relationships with God and with each other, so that we might be well equipped to raise Davis in a Christian home. |

| A large number of our family came out for the event, including Davis' GREAT-grandparents. |
| It was a full day, but Davis handled it very well. We're so proud of him! |
